I don’t know how many people I’ve heard say this, or something similar.  We know what the right things to do are, and can advise other people, but do we take heed and do them ourselves, no, we don’t.  What is that all about?

For months now, I’ve been lying in bed unable to sleep, thinking of various different things that I could put on this blog.  Why has it taken me so long to get round to actually posting?  Various reasons I suppose, but the main one being prevarication!

So what got me to write this post?  I got inspired.  Inspired by a fellow Fibro sufferer who blogs.  So many things she said in this post just made me feel energised and wanting to post.  When she gave herself permission to sleep, it reminded me of something my Psychologist gave me when I was seeing her a few years ago.  I’d like to share it with you now.

Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis and Depression – Invisible Illnesses

I’ve been very lax with my blog.  I’m not going to make any promises to post daily or weekly, but I’m going try and make at least one post each month. . .
 
 

I woke up this morning, at about 5am, with a sore back and sore left shoulder, so it looks like the memory foam mattress, that we got a couple of weeks ago, isn’t going to help with the fibromyalgia after all.  The pain got gradually worse, and then the endometriosis decided to join in.  I am so sick of being in pain every day, and I mean every day.
