How to Make Glowing Jelly

Fibromyalgia is my Barometer

2 Oct

I got up this morning and found my normal morning stiffness was worse than usual.  Added to that was extra pain in my right knee, pain in my left hip, my lower back, and my right upper arm and shoulder.

The weather today has changed to very definitely Autumnal.  It’s windy, and it started to rain in the early afternoon.  It’s a thoroughly miserable day outside.

Roll on Springtime!
